The main rules and regulations of professinal conduct for the firm and its lawyer are: The Federal Lawyers Act (BRAO), the Code of Conduct for Lawyers (BORA), the Act on Renumeration of Lawyers (RVG), the Specialist Lawyers Code of Conduct (FAO), and in international legal dealings the Code of Conduct of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of the European Union and the Law Regulating the Activity of European Lawyers in Germany (EuRAG).
